Science S1/S2
We will study Science by experimenting, thinking and problem solving.
Some of the topics you will learn about are:
- Matter, elements and materials
- Life’s building blocks and reproduction
- Energy and Electricity
At the end of each topic you will be tested to see how you are progressing.
What will the classes be like?
You will have 3 periods of Science each week, usually with the same teacher.
You will learn in groups or as a class. You will learn to work safely, how to use science equipment you may not have used like microscopes or Bunsen burners.
What is expected of you?
You will be expected to behave well, to listen and follow instructions in safety.
Regular homework will be given and this must be handed in on time for marking.
