Home Economics - Our Department
The Department is housed in two well-equipped spacious rooms. There are two classroom teachers and a technician.
Students in First and Second Year, follow a common course, in mixed ability classes, which is in line with 5-14 Guidelines for Technology.
In Third and Fourth Years, students follow Intermediate 1 or Intermediate 2 in Health and Food Technology.
In Fifth and Sixth Years, the department offers Intermediate 1 Fashion and Textile Technology, Intermediate 2 and Higher Health and Food Technology, and Survival Cookery for S6.
